By accessing or using NaradCue, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. These terms govern your use of the NaradCue platform, including all signal content, APIs, and associated services.
2. Signal disclaimer
NaradCue signals are provided for informational and planning assistance purposes only. Signal confidence scores and recommended actions do not constitute financial, legal, or regulatory advice. All planning decisions remain the responsibility of the subscribing organisation.
3. Permitted use
The NaradCue platform and its signal content are licensed, not sold. You may use NaradCue signals and reports solely for internal business planning purposes within your subscribing organisation. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of signal content is prohibited without written consent.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. NaradCue is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected security breach.
5. Termination
NaradCue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or any activity that compromises platform security or integrity.
