Our commitment

NaradCue is committed to GDPR compliance for all EU and UK-based users and customers. Our lawful basis for processing personal data is consent (for analytics cookies) and legitimate interests (for enquiry and access request processing).

Data storage and transfers

Data is stored on servers located in India (AWS ap-south-1). Cross-border transfers to EU are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure (right to be forgotten); request data portability; restrict processing; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
